We have produced a range of posters and signs for you to use at home, work or any event you are organising. We would love to hear about anything you do to raise awareness on Left Handers Day.
How to Create a Left Handed Zone
Our posters are A4 (similar to US Letter) size Adobe PDF files for you to print on your colour or black and white printer. If you have larger format print available that should work fine too.
To print the Left-Handers Day posters click on the images below ( or you prefer to download all the files at once, use this zipfile). You will need Acrobat Reader in order to open and print the poster files. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click here to download it first (free).

Don’t forget you will need the free Adobe Reader software to open the poster files.
Thanks for the posters to celebrate Left Handers Day.
Mean old right-handed oldies won’t join in with the challenges. But Grandma did.
How are they going to know the problems the world throws at their offspring? Maybe they would be a bit more patient if they tried the wrong scissors and the smudgy pen.
Three cheers for Everything Left-Handed!
I love the posters. Thank you so much!
In First Grade, the teacher physically tried to make me write with my right hand, but my mother stopped them, telling them that my mind was configured to write left-handed.
In Seventh Grade Home Economics, when we had to use a sewing machine to put a zipper on a skirt, the teacher used my skirt. She sewed from top to bottom on the one side, lifted the pressure foot, turned it, and told me to finish. I had to tell her that I was left-handed and would have done it the opposite way. (SHE had to finish it since she failed to consider that some of us students were LEFTIES.)
The poster showing the brain and saying “only left-handers are in their right minds” is just brilliant. You should make car stickers with the same graphics.
Because US and European paper sizes differ the message at the bottom of the posters does not print. Suggest this be kept in mind for future postings. US paper size is 8 1/2″ x 11″
James, I live outside of the UK, and use letter paper, but I have no problems getting these items to print. I use print preview to not waste paper and I set my printer to ‘fit to printable area’ or use print size of 95% or 90% rather than 100%.
