Left-handed scissors have the blades reversed so the top blade is always on the left so that you can see your cutting line and the natural squeezing action of your hand pushes the blades together so they can cut like a guillotine rather than pushing them apart so the paper bends between the blades. I always thought it was just me when I would tear my paper trying to cut with right-handed sissors.I would get so mad I would stand up and scream then throw them. Ik heb altijd gedacht dat het was gewoon me toen ik mijn papieren scheur proberen te knippen met de rechtermuisknop sissors.I handen zou krijgen zo kwaad zou ik opstaan en dan gooi ze gillen. It's nice to know that they don't only torture me. Het is mooi om te weten dat zij niet alleen foltering me.

My friend said that her dad was left handed but he was forced to write with his right hand. Mijn vriend zei dat haar vader was linkshandigen, maar hij was gedwongen om te schrijven met zijn rechter hand. Everyone thinks I'm weird because I am Left handed but I do everything else with my right hand. Iedereen denkt dat ik ben vreemd, want ik ben linkshandigen, maar ik doe alles met mijn rechterhand. the only thing I actually use my left hand for is writing. het enige wat ik eigenlijk met mijn linker hand voor het schrijven is. I always had a problem in school with smudging my papers when I wrote anything LOL Ik heb altijd een probleem op school met Vlekken mijn papieren stond toen ik schreef iets LOL
My teachers never said anything about it because they new I really had no control over it. Mijn leraren nooit iets gezegd over omdat ze nu nieuw Ik had geen controle over hebben.
I also,To this day have problems with scissors.I'm always tearing the paper while I cut.It is frustrating especially around the Holidays. Ik ook, tot op de dag heb problemen met scissors.I ben altijd scheurt het papier terwijl ik cut.It is frustrerend vooral rond de feestdagen.
When I lived a city right outside of Boston,Mass USA,Their was a lefthanded store in Boston I used to go to.They had everything you could imagine.Unfortunately I was a young adult,and only bought a coffee cup and stationary. Toen ik leefde een plaats net buiten Boston, Mass USA, lefthanded Hun werd een winkel in Boston gebruikte ik om te gaan to.They was wat je kon imagine.Unfortunately Ik was een jong volwassene, en alleen kocht een kopje koffie en stilstaat.
I do plan on going back up their,And I will be looking for scissors and other kitchen items,As I am in Culinary School and I know if I had lefthanded knives my life would be a wee bit less stressful!! Ik ben van plan om hun weg terug, en ik zal op zoek zijn naar een schaar en andere keuken, Zoals ik ben Culinary School en ik weet dat als ik had lefthanded messen mijn leven zou zijn een klein beetje minder spanning!

I've never really had any problem with using "right handed" tools or utinsels, except for one. Ik heb nooit echt enig probleem met het gebruik van "rechtshandig" tools of utinsels, behalve voor een. I cannot use those ice cream scoopers with the lever to release! Ik kan geen gebruik maken van deze ijs scoopers met de hendel in te brengen! my pinky just isnt strong enough to push it! mijn pink isn't net sterk genoeg om push it! lol lol

I've never particularly found that being left-handed has caused me problems in day-to-day life. Ik heb nooit gevonden dat met name wordt linkshandig me heeft veroorzaakt problemen in het dagelijks leven. In fact sometimes it works to my advantage (it certainly keeps people off my computer as no-one seems to be able to get their head round my backwards mouse!). In feite werkt het soms aan mijn voordeel (hij houdt zeker mensen van mijn computer als niemand lijkt te kunnen krijgen hun hoofd rond mijn muis naar achteren!). The only drawback is that sometimes I forget that it does sometimes make a difference, such as when I bought myself a new purse a couple of months ago and the first time I used it all the paper money fell out as I was inadvertently holding it upside down! Het enige nadeel is dat ik soms vergeet dat hij er soms een verschil maken, zoals wanneer kocht ik mezelf een nieuwe handtas een paar maanden geleden en de eerste keer dat ik het gebruikte alle papiergeld viel uit zoals ik was het bedrijf per ongeluk ondersteboven omlaag! It hadn't even occurred to me that it might be a problem. Hij had niet eens in me dat het misschien een probleem. I must say, though, I was bitterly disappointed when I went to the Harvey Nicks sale recently and found some beautiful coffee cups with a saucer that has space for a cake (never a bad thing in my book!). The only consolation was that my flatmate (who also fell in love with the cups) couldn't get one either as I wouldn't let him have one if there wasn't one for me! De enige troost was dat mijn huisgenoten (die ook werd verliefd op de cups) niet kunnen krijgen, hetzij als een ik zou hem hebben als er een was niet een voor mij!

I don't have any problem with using right-handed scissors and knives - although I recognise the problem of cutting bread (look at the picture)! Ik heb geen probleem met de rechtermuisknop handen scharen en messen - hoewel ik erkennen het probleem van het brood snijden (zie de foto)! Maybe I should try a reversed knife? Misschien moet ik proberen een omgekeerde mes? What I don't understand is why I used to hold the scissors up-side-down (the kind of scissors with one small and one large opening), why would it work differently that way, with the thumb in the smaller hole and two fingers in the large hole? Wat ik niet begrijp is waarom ik gebruikt voor het bijhouden van de schaar up-side-down (het soort scharen met een kleine en een grote opening), waarom zou ze verschillend werken op die manier, met de duim in de kleinere gat en twee vingers in het grote gat? The blades are still in the same position. De bladen zijn nog steeds in dezelfde positie. However today I use an ordinary pair of scissors with no problems. Maar vandaag wil ik gebruik maken van een gewone schaar met geen problemen.

Can I suggest that for next years LH day we campaign to make it illegal to add a price premium for left-handed tools, products, etc? Mag ik erop wijzen dat voor volgend jaar LH dag hebben we campagne om het illegaal om toevoeging van een prijsverschil voor linkshandig tools, producten, etc? After all, being LH is not a lifestyle choice, it's just the way we're put together. Immers, als LH is geen levensstijl, het is gewoon de manier waarop we samen.

Hola! Hola! tengo casi 40 años, y nunca he utilizado nada especial para zurdos, sólo me he adaptado a el mundo de los derechos, lo cual tengo bien dominado en la actualidad. Ni las tijeras, ni los abrelatas, ni las plumas, ni los pupitres, han representado sino simples problemas que tengo que resolver....
